2. Philosophical Foundations of Legalizing Crime: Within European philosophy, where inherent truths are absent, there is no objection to preventing forced migration based on human rights. However, this same philosophy allows for the destruction of life, property, and even humans in Gaza under the pretext of self-defense by the enemy state. Subsequently, a separate framework can be established for the human rights of those desiring voluntary migration. Paradoxically, this does not violate international humanitarian law. Such reasoning, rooted in deep philosophy, poses a greater threat to humanity than reckless weapons. It forms the basis for fluid, exploitable human rights laws, public policies, and military philosophy. Religious leaders assert a necessary principle: “Facts are immutable, and knowledge of them is verifiable, contrary to sophistry.”

3. Distinguishing Action Corruption from Perceptual Corruption: The esteemed scholars categorized beliefs held by different communities. They attribute the corruption of humanity—whether in bloodshed or financial matters—to deep-seated philosophies that shape law, society, economics, and psychology. Behavioral corruption stems from flawed perceptions. To remedy this ailment, fundamental thinkers must delve into the depths of Western thought that underpin international law. By dismantling erroneous ideas responsible for human suffering, we move beyond mere outcry and beautify the global system. The final alternative lies in aligning with the just and rights-based philosophy of the Muhammadan message, rather than the pitiable sophistry upon which the international system was founded, leading to bloodshed.
